When he was drafted into World War II in 1944, J.R. Montgomery was faced with the challenge of finding a way to continue the personal service his clients had come to expect from his well-established Montgomery Insurance Agency. The solution, as it turned out, was literally down the street, in the form of The Simms Agency, another well regarded insurance agency owned by John Simms. The two agencies merged, and Simms & Montgomery Insurance and Real Estate was created.
For over 50 years now, the fruits of that merger have been the personal attention and service that you can only find in a small town. Now owned and operated by Chuck Polin and John Pettus, Simms & Montgomery, Inc. continues to offer quality insurance and real estate service throughout Central Kentucky. |
